1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the 'Win a Free Perkbox Account’ prize draw promoted by Perkbox Limited (which we will refer to as “Perkbox”, "we" or "us").
1.2 Entrants into this Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. The identity of the promoter of the Free Perkbox Account prize draw

3. Prize draw Conditions
3.1 Ten Prizewinners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within twenty eight (28) days of the Competition closing date
3.2 If we become aware that the same person or a person from the same organisation has been selected as a prizewinner more than once, we will draw another name.
3.3 The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on 31st July 2018. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
4. Eligibility & Entry methods
4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must submit a valid business email on the form on www.perkbox.com/uk/win-perks before the closing date of the prize draw, as stipulated in the Prize draw conditions (3.3). You must accept and agree to these terms and conditions as indicated by ticking the box on the form.
4.2 Perkbox will only accept entrants via the unique form and landing page, specific to this Prize Draw.
4.3 If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at [email protected] with “Win a Free Perkbox Account“ in the subject line.
4.4 Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 Perkbox accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Perkbox.
4.6 It will be our sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.9 Entrants must enter using their correct email address once only. We reserve the right to disqualify any single entrant who uses multiple emails
5. Prizes
5.1 10 Winners will receive up to 10 Perkbox licences for their organisation.
5.2 Prize accounts will be 'Perkbox Bronze' accounts which have some restricted perks and features.
5.3 There can only be one winner per organisation. If a winner is selected that belongs to a company with a previous winner, they will be discounted and the next winner will be drawn again.
5.4 The free account will be for a single year at which point the winners may decide to cancel their account or renew at a cost. There is no obligation to renew nor will renewal be automatic.
5.5 For more information about renewal costs and options, winners may contact our sales team ([email protected]) closer to their renewal date (1 year after account set up)
5.5 All prizewinners will be notified that they have won a prize within twenty eight (28) days of the closing date of the Competition via email. If there is no response (to collect further information necessary for set-up) within 21 days of email receipt, the recipient will forfeit their prize.
5.6 We reserve the right to request proof of a prizewinner's identity in the form of a passport or driver's licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a prizewinner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prizewinner.
5.7 The free account and all licences will be created and on-boarded within 30 days of announcing the winner. Winners will receive the same level of customer services as a paying Perkbox customer.
6. Unclaimed Prizes
6.1 All prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated.
6.2 We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prizewinners or not to award them at all.
7. Personal Information
7.1 By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Perkbox containing content, product offers and other communications that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
7.2 Perkbox shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry.
8. Termination of Competition
8.1 Perkbox reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Perkbox in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Exclusion of Liability
9.1 Perkbox accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prizewinner in connection with or arising out of any Competition howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
9.3 By entering the Competition, the entrant indemnifies us against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the entrant herein.
10. Decisions Final
10.1 All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
10.2 Disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by us and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator.
11. Failure to enforce terms and condition
11.1 A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prizewinner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
12. Law
12.1 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
