1. These terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the ’The Great Perk Search’ prize draw promoted by Perkbox Limited (which we will refer to as “Perkbox”, "we" or "us").
1.2 Entrants into this Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. The identity of the promoter of the prize draw
2.1 The "promoter" of a Competition is the person who is legally responsible for operating it. Unless any Specific Terms tell you otherwise, the promoter of the Competitions will be Perkbox.

3. Prize draw Conditions
3.1 Five Prizewinners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within twenty eight (28) days of the Competition closing date
3.2 If we become aware that the same person has been selected as a prizewinner more than once, we will draw another name.
3.3 The closing date of the Prize Draw is 08:00am on 29th March 2017. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
4. Eligibility & Entry methods
4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete and submit the survey with your correct information; work email address, industry and age. You must have signed up by the closing date of the prize draw, as stipulated in the Prize draw conditions (3.3). You must be a UK worker in full time or part time employment and not self employed or a student.
4.2 Perkbox will only accept sign ups via the unique survey, specific to this Prize Draw.

4.4 The competition is open to multiple employees per company.
4.5 Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6 Perkbox accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Perkbox.
4.7 It will be our sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.8 Employees of Perkbox may not enter this prize draw.
4.9 Entrants must enter Competitions using their legal name & correct email address once only. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
5. Prizes
5.1 The prize is £100 worth of Virgin Experience Days vouchers. There are five winners, therefore five £100 vouchers.
5.2 Perkbox accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
5.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
5.4 Perkbox retains the right to substitute any prizes with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
5.5 All prizewinners will be notified that they have won a prize within twenty eight (28) days of the closing date of the Competition via at least one (1) of the following methods:
(a) by telephone; or
(b) in writing (including by email).
(c) by social media
5.6 We reserve the right to request proof of a prizewinner's identity in the form of a passport or driver's licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. In the event that a prizewinner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prizewinner.
5.7 If a prizewinner does not take any element of a prize at the time stipulated by us (or any relevant third party prize provider) then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of it.
5.8 Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
5.9 Third party suppliers of prizes may also often stipulate their own terms, conditions or restrictions and all prizewinners agree to be bound by these. Perkbox shall have no liability in relation to any prize provided by a third party provider.
6. Unclaimed Prizes
6.1 All prizes must be claimed within twenty-one (21) days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to alternative prizewinners or not to award them at all and we shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Any prize which is returned as undelivered will be used for another Competition or sent to charity.

7. Personal Information
7.1 By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Perkbox containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
7.2 Perkbox shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry
7.3 Perkbox are using the information gathered from this survey to produce a report on the top workplace perks. No personal information, name or email address, will be shared in this report, it will only show anonymous statistics.
7.4 Perkbox will not pass on your person details to any third party.
8. Termination of Competition
8.1 Perkbox reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Perkbox in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Exclusion of Liability
9.1 Perkbox accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prizewinner in connection with or arising out of any Competition howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
9.3 By entering the Competition, the entrant indemnifies us against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the entrant herein.
10. Decisions Final
10.1 All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
10.2 Tiebreakers, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by us and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator.
11. Failure to enforce terms and condition
11.1 A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or prizewinner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.
12. Law
12.1 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
